1) Reciprocal Agreement will apply only to Bonafide Members & their Families (spouse & dependent up to 24 years children only)

2) Dependents of reciprocal member must be accompanied by the member of spouse member.

3) Reciprocal facilities will be made available only to member visiting the city & not to members who are permanently residing at Sangli.

4) Reciprocal Member should be in possession of their valid membership card of introductory Letter issued by the Hon’ble Secretary / Authorized person of their Club.

5) Reciprocal members should sign their entry with detail In the Affiliated club register maintained at the main Reception Counter.

6) Each Member of the affiliated Club shall be liable to pay guest Entry Fees.

7) The affiliated Club Member may entertain their guest (except Room booking).

8) Reciprocal Members may avail the facilities for a maximum 5 (five) times in a month and 60 (Sixty) times in a year.

9) No credit facilities shall be available to Reciprocal Members. All payments are to be made in cash at the time of Departure.

10) Room booking will be accepted prior to 7 Days written request, together with advance payment of tariff in full. No confirmation is sent by Fax.

11) In case of any misconduct or misbehavior from the affiliated member in the host Club, The Affiliated Club shall be held responsible.

12) Member of the affiliated Club are governed by the terms & Conditions & Rules stipulated by Ambrai Officers Club.

13) Disqualified list of members should be sent to the Host Club.
